Hi minna~! Kura here ^^ yoroshiku ne~. This is my first anime blog post that i have made…..so dont scold me if i did anything wrong….just tell me what should and should not do. I will be glad to change ^^

Inamori Mika is late for school. She bumps into an unknown girl. That girls decides to offers Mika a ride on her flying scooter while Mika directs her to Seioh High School.

It is a special day for the school for the classes to compete against one another in the 45th annual Seioh High School Swimming Tournament. Mika was late while Mutsuki Uehara and the other classmates was waiting for her. Soon a talk by their principal begins. Suddenly, Mika and the unknown girl Burst into the scene with the girl’s flying scooter and drop into the pool. The principal found out that the unknown girl was a transfered student. The Transferred student’s name was Amamiya Manami, nicknamed Manabi-chan. Mika explains the reasons for being late to the tournament and scouted her as a swimmer for her class 2-A so she lent Manabi her swimsuit.
The interfree-style relay tournament begins. And Manabi was chosen. And there is where she first introduce herself to her “captain”, Mutsuki. The relay begins. And Manabi jumps into the pool like as if she is a beginner which made the whole school laughed at her.

She went home and showed a participation award certificate to her elder brother. She told her brother everything in school during dinner.

Before the General assembly, Mika is suppose to give a speech on the voting of School Student Council President but she was very nervous because there are so many people at the hall. She draws “hito”(hito =person) on her hand and swallow it to calms herself.

Manabi is late and lost again. This is where Momoha Odori first appear. She is feeding the pigeons. And suddenly Manabi burst in flying clumsily in her scooter. Manabi asked for direction and she went exactly to the direction which was given by Momoha (the “forest”) (Manabi’s thinking is too “straight).

Back to the scene where Mika is suppose to make a speech about the Student Council President. And would like ask about the nominations for the Student Council Officers. She said about all the stuff which will make more students want to join the council. Unfortunately, all the student and Shimjima sensei falls asleeps during the talk. She recalled about her “mean” president from the council.

Out of nowhere, Manabi burst into the hall (again). She shouted “Anamiya Manami, I want to run for School Council President!”. In the end she get the punishment by standing aside holding on to two buckets of water.

The principal decides not to let Manabi be the president just because she just tranfered into the school and is unfamiliar with the School Student council BUT Manabi interfere in and said she UNDERSTANDS. Manabi starts to explains how much she understands. But no one wants to nominate her and thinks it is a time wasting speech. She loves the school a lot. Therefore, she starts to sing a song which is their school song. It goes like this

Ima wo ikiru deai no kisetsu yo
mabushi hikari yume no atsumete
onaji seishun ayumu kiseki~
sakura iro no mirai tachi sora wo mau~!

(All the schoolmates close their eyes. Slowly an illusion of a park of sakura trees starts to form. As if Manabi is the source of hope)

She brings out the beauty of the song (even I’m touched)

After the whole song, she was nominated to

be the president.

Back in class, as usually the teacher will let the transferred student introduce herself. “Ayanami Manami! Manabi des! My motto is Forward GO!”

This episode really shows what Manabi is like :D. After this episode , i really think MANABI IS CUTE :O!!!And let’s us see how this cute little girl gonna change the school :DDD~
