My apology for being so slow for this episode >.<

At the beginning, the president of Aikoh High School is browsing the program proposal. She found one of the Seioh High School event slip in the stack of program proposal. the even slip says “Inter-school ultra dodge-ball tournament”. And she decided to let the school attend.

Meanwhile, in Seioh High, the music club is playing violin for the student council office’s people to listen. They wants more people to listen n decides to seek for the student council’s help. By leaving a stuck of CD there so that students can take n listen. Mika gives a comment of having a jacket for the CD while Momoha asks whether she can put the music in the Seioh website. Follow by the Sweets club, they want to ask a favor so they went in. That is already two weeks after the renewal of the Student Council Office. And almost every student is making use of the office.

That day, Mei give some briefing on the dodge-ball. After a while, Mutsuki comes in looking very down. Manabi is shock after hearing a bad news from Mutsuki. They have to find a replacement by that day but there isn’t enough time for them. One of the member from the softball club has work that she can’t miss tomorrow.After some thinking, they all face towards Mei.

On the inter-school dodge-ball tournament day, Mei actually help them by joining in but she just starts to lecture about the dodge-ball again. And she got hit by the ball. The tournament is held at Seioh High School and have invited the neighboring schools to participate. Five high schools agrees to join and everyone is gathered at the school. Mika tries to escape from the ball while Mei starts the lecture again. In the end Mei gets hit again.

When the tournament is over (i guess), Manabi takes a break at some ‘cleaning up’ area. She cools herself by wetting her head. When she is done, she tries to get the towel. Without looking, the student council president of Aikoh High School comes up to her and pick up her towel to pass to Manabi. She looks up. There the president introduce herself, Kakuzawa Takako from Aikoh High School.

They go to a shady resting are to sit down. Manabi apologise to Takako for what happen the last time because Takako came all the way to their school but no one was there. Takako praise Manabi that she had created a very cute Student Council office and she thinks that the flyer for that day was nice too. And she describes about the team participation (every team must have two members of the student council). A social gathering is planned after the event. But no one has came up with the idea before. It is to bring schools around them closer. Suddenly Mutsuki calls up to Manabi saying that they ran out of ingredients for making Yakisoba (Japanese-style fried noodles).

After all the event, the 1st social gathering of inter-school Student Councils officers starts. Manabi actually wants all of them to get close before discussing anything. So they prepare nice food n drinks to enjoy the day. But the rest of the student thinks it is a time wasting.

So Manabi moves on to the topic they are going to discuss which is the “what should we do to make campus life exciting and wonderful?”. Takako suggested having a school fair and everyone agree to it. In the end, Manabi wasn’t able to offer any suggestions. With Takako leading the discussion, the gathering ended up like a meaningful talk.

At the ramen restaurant, Manabi is there in her frustration mode. Mika tries to comfort Manabi. Manabi suddenly ’shouted’ which made everyone turn to her. (to try to let out her frustration?) And made an order. After that, they parts and went home. Back at home, she lay down on her bed and flash back what happen that day.

Next morning, she calls up everyone to pay a visit to Aikoh High School. On the train, everyone except Manabi was yawning. They reach the school. The school is big.

In the Aikoh’s student council office, Takako shows Manabi and her friends a booklet of activities that takes place in the School Fair. Everyone is amazed with the activities. When Manabi apologise that she come without giving a notice, Takako apologise for what have happen the day before. Manabi said that Takako is their saviour because everything went well. They thinks that it is hard to have a excellent school fair like Aikoh’s. When they are about to leave, Takako stands up and hesitates. She said it was nothing.

While they are waiting for the train, Mika asks “what was Kakuzawa-san trying to say at the end?”.

When Manabi went home, she skips her dinner and went up stairs. she lays on her bed thinking about what Takako said. She gets up and takes a new notebook. She starts designing it by drawing, writing and stuffs. As she finish it, she comes across an idea. She runs out of the house. While running, she calls up everyone for a meet up at the school. She wants to express it face to face but not over the phone.

When everyone reaches the school, Manabi tells everyone that she understands what Takako was trying to say back then. Manabi thinks that they can make a school fair of their thoughts, the one and only in the whole world. So she starts to explain everything. It all starts from blank. And they will be the ones drawing them out. They all feels that they can make it after the explanations.
