[Impression]

This year Natsu Matsuri was being held at The Japanese School Changi Campus.

Of course, I m in my yukata too~! It was my first time too! When I reached there like about 4pm, long queue for the day ticket (SGD$6) can be seen from the entrance. I was at the second row of the queue. those with advance tickets (SGD$10) had the privilege of going in first. The queuing time was 1 hour plus. So, at last the queue start moving at around 5.30pm. So by the time i went in. It is like 10-15 minutes later. From the enterance, I can see the lanterns and the spotlights in the field. And there were some queues for getting fans and the bulletins. And ya I got my fan and put it at the back of my yukata. As I get closer to the field I saw the MCs are briefing the DOs and DONTs.

I made my way to get some food and drinks. It is always crowded from the start of event till the end of the event. There were corners for foods, gift, drinks and GAMES~! I was so sad to see that there are a lot of Main Dish coupon booth where they sells delicious food like bento, okonomiyaki, cold soba, curry don and etc etc. The day ticket only allows us to get small bites like gyoza, takoyaki, red bean dessert, candy floss, tori karakushi, croquette and etc etc. Each person have like 12 tickets. It is lucky that there were some stuffs like Ramune, beans and some others could be buy with cash, if not I will be thirst and starve to dizzy.

Well, although my feets hurts. i still dance in the Bon Odori! It was fun. Before, I even dance. One of my friend, Kenjo, who happens to study in Japan now visited Singapore, asked “Why come to Natsu Matsuri and never dance? It’s fun!”. So I give it a shot at the end. Seriously, I regreted not dancing from the start to the ending part. If you guys ever go to one of those summer festival, go take part in their Bon Odori. I am sure you will like it. Yes! I have a lot of fun yesterday.

AND I cant wait for the next year~! >w<
