Aruru is a very cute character from Utawarerumono, her liveliness and occasional stubbornness is one of the key characteristics that keeps the Aruru fans going ‘crazy’. A close friend of Kamyu and younger sister of Eruru, her innocent nature is what defines her and this is being portrayed in this figurine imo. What makes me attracted to this figurine is definitely the posture and the way she holds that apple.

The costume is nothing fanciful or flashy, the colouring seems right and the overall build is decent. That little cute pet which Aruru has is well defined and the texture of it is in good detail. The apple that Aruru holds is a separate accessory that comes with the figurine, do take note that it is secured properly in Aruru’s hands when you are placing the figurine on your table. One of the things that I was a lil disappointed is prolly the ‘tail’, i was expecting some kind of texture but there wasn’t any.
