[Summary]
It’s the final day of the school festival everyone is working hard, well except Makoto he pissed of Sekai enough with trying to play grab ass she kicked him the nuts and he left to do his own thing.
Sawanaga bumps into Katsura he asks her to the folk dance later in the evening, she declines on the ground that she is dating Makoto and that she can’t. Feeling depressed, he leaves the school area claiming that it’s only couples in there and that it’s depressing, he goes to teh school court yard where nobody around, He sees Otome sitting across the way and he strikes up a conversation with him.
It turns out they both have the same problem, they both have a crush on someone who doesn’t feel the same way, Otome offers some advice to push the issue that eventually she’ll give in, feeling confident Sawanaga leaves, Otome than takes her own advice and tracks down Makoto. finding him doing his own thing she asks to go around with and do stuff. They visit various sites eventually she confesses to him and she sticks out her hand.
He doesn’t get the picture so finally she just drags him to the lounge, I guess for him he got lucky in more than one way, Katsura was always from the desk so she didn’t see him go into the lounge with Otome, she puts the moves on Makoto and they do there thing.
Speaking of Katsura, again this episode she had to face Minami and Nasumi, they question her on if she’s dating Makoto because as far as she knows they broke up and they think it’s a one sided relationship they almost let it slip that Otome is in the lounge with Makoto but don’t.
So after Makoto and Otome are done she again asks about the folk dance he really doesn’t say anything but than she says she’s happy he can be with him and let him see her as she is, even if it isn’t a relationship. They leave are in the hallway talking when Sekai finds Makoto and can’t believe that he ran off and drags him back to work. He also has to do some fast talking to cover his butt.
They get back to work and Makoto gets told by another classmate that his girlfriend is there and it’s the best little sister in the world Kokoro and she brought her friend she tells makoto (with Sekai standing next to him) that Kotohona is excited to dance at the folk dance with him and than she leaves to find her cram school teacher.
This plays again in Makoto’s mind and Sekai asks if he will dance with her she says it’s very important to her. Sawanaga taking Otomes adviceruns into Katsura who is looking for Makoto in a class room, Sawanaga comes clean with Katsura saying that Makoto has moved on and that she needs to give up on him. She is still insistent that he doesn’t know what he is talking about and that he is a liar. Finally he comes out and tells her he loves her and hugs her.
The folk dance has arrived Makoto and Sekai are dancing in front of a large fire. the episode ends with Setsuna reciting a verse from a play she saw earlier in the day and Sekai saying to Makoto “I am your girlfriend aren’t I?”
[Impression]
I’ve got to admire Sawagana he doesn’t’ give up he is caring and seems like a decent guy when he is being serious. He acts like a playboy who always wants sex but when it comes down to it when he’s serious he is a nice guy.
Makoto has hit rock bottom not only is he cheating on Katsura but now Sekai too, I guess all he wants is sex without the relationship I guess he found his perfect girl in Otome who will put out with nothing in return.
