Summary(short):As the fog disappears it turns out only Clare’s legs have awakened. At first she couldn’t control the extreme speed but gradually she was able to control even the minor movements. Meanwhile Raki arrived but he was shocked to see Clare in her half awakened state. As Clare released more and more yoki, Priscilla started to act strange. The episode ends with Rigardo getting cut into pieces.

Thoughts: It certainly didn’t feel as dragged out as last week, but still I think the fight scene was longer than it needed to be. Although it does illustrate pretty well how Clare pushes herself to the limit and eventually gains control of her awakened legs. There are obvious changes compared to the manga, which I won’t bother listing, but perhaps one major one (and probably most disappointing) is Clare’s awakening, it seem to me that the battle is already over and we won’t get to see more of her awakened state. I hope they are reserving it for a fight later on or something.

Not much on Isley and Priscilla, just the odd one or two comments on what they think the outcome would be. By the end of the episode Priscilla was pretty shocked, perhaps she recognizes a familiar yoki within Clare (Teresa and Irene?). Raki’s appearance was quite frustrating for me, even though he is annoying I wanted Clare to at least notice his presence but yet he was too wimpy to do anything but fall onto his knees.

Only 3 weeks left, so I really hope they have planned a second season for Claymore since there is a lot to be explored. Galatea was in the preview so it really does look like they want to wrap things up. I guess all we can do is wait.
