For endings I can think of possibilities, any one of them taken directly from the H game, Kotonoha kills Sekai, Kotonoha kills herself, or Sekai kills Makoto, all were bloody endings. Considering how EP 11 ended my vote is for the last one, like in the game Makoto tells Kotonoha that Sekai was only good for sex, Sekai overhears this and in a fit of jealous rage stabs Makoto, in fact considering how he acted through this whole drama I think thats the only proper ending, him doing something respectable now would be completely out of character.
