I wish I am there for this event this event this weekend as TGS’07 (Tokyo Game Show 2007) will be opened for the public. There’s so much anticipation of the upcoming games and on the consoles and so much excitement with the trailers that are shown on various websites currently. The TGS’07 website has been updated with information as well.

This year, the theme for TGS’07 is “Link up, Reach out, To the World”.

[Sony Event Highlights that got me excited * ^_^ / disappointed * -_- ]

• [PS3] Dual Shock 3, the force-feedback controller returns. The looks are the same and will launch in Japan in November. Not much is known if it will come bundled with the later PS3 sets or it will be sold separately. ^_^
• [PS3] Gran Turismo 5 : Prologue will be launched on 13th Dec 07. ^_^
• [PS3] The much awaited virtual world, Playstation Home will be delayed to 2008. -_-
• [PSP]PSP will be much more closely integrated with the PS3, features like an extended monitor, additional controller, voice recognition etc ^_^
• [PSP]Playstation store will be accessible from the home PC and transfer of content from PCs to PSP is now possible. ^_^
• [PSP/DS/Mobile] 3 Kingdom Hearts planned. KH: Birth will be for the PSP and the story takes place before KH1. KH: 358/2 is for the DS where it will feature Roxas & Axel during his days in Org. 13 and KH: Coded is about the story of Soras between the KH1 and KH2. No KH for the PS3 was announced yet -_-
• [PS3] New Final Fantasy XIII trailers ! ^_^
• [PS3] Parasite Eve: The 3rd Birthday trailer ^_^
• [360] Lumines Live Holiday Pack ported over Xbox Live! arcade.
• [Wii] Miss the action of NiGHTS for the Sega Saturn? It is back in Nintendo Wii and according to IGN, the game is not as smooth as what they had expected.
