The biggest conspiracy is revealed in this episode of Higu Kai by Rika. The Hinamizawa Syndrome, the disaster and also the key to trigger it are all mentioned ….

and also the purpose of the Yama inu, the mastermind and their perpetrators. Time is running short as the plan has been set in motion by Takano. As the truth was mentioned to her closest friends by Rika, the chains of fate will once again tremble but will it break and let Rika and Hanyuu cross the barrier of 1983? In addition, Oishi and his assistant was killed by the Yama inu when the both of them discovered their suspicious actions near a communications station. Obviously, the Yama inu is trying to cut off the communications to the outside while carrying out their plans to set off the trigger. Sadly for the 2 policemen, they were sniped from a nearby tower.

It is a indefinite thing now on how Rika and her friends will react (although those who played the game will know the answer :P ) and how this arc will end but definitely, help from Oishi is not here now and like the previous arc, a tragedy is most likely to set off in the next episode.
