A show with a no so clear purpose

Another new show starts another Romance, Harem genre. The show opens with a group of young friends (elementary aged) throwing a going away party of the main character Sana. Each friend has made him something, Shuu has made a frog lure, Aoi made a really cool looking bunny cake, Shuu’s twin sister made one glove, she couldn’t finish two in time. Finally Nanaka learned a new song for him on her violin.

Nanaka plays as much as the song as possible and they all enjoy the cake. Several years have gone past since that going away party we are greeted wit h a much older Sana he is now Sixteen years old. He has moved back to the city (unknown) for his own reasons. He is walking around the city to his new place remembering what buildings used to be and how things have changed.

During his walk down memory lane he sees a shrine and decides to stop, he says a quick prayer and buys a fortune, for him it’s unlucky and he will have bad relationships with girls… Sucks to be him, All tihs time while at the shrine a girl keeps her on eye him and anytime he notices she runs away.

He finally arrives at his new house and he buzzes the door to get his keys, a voice who seems to know him is excited and quickly rushes to answer the door. To his surprise it’s Aoi-chan from his childhood and she has grown up in more then just being taller. She greets him excited and per claims how much she has missed him.

Aoi shows him his room and she offers to help him unpack to which she opens the box and there is porn stashed there. he finishes unpacking and goes out for dinner, he runs into Aoi at a local bookstore who than blabbers on about a mystery book she has read than she invites him over to dinner.

He goes to dinner over at Aoi’s house and her parents are thrilled to see him, her mom jokingly says that he should be her son in law. Everyone freaks out over it. Sana returns to him room for the night, the next morning he is woken up by Aoi who says they are late but she decides to cook him a nice breakfast together.

As it turns out they are early to school, Sana gets his stuff together and is introduced to his new classmates. After he is introduced Shuu remembers him and so does his younger sister. After class they are huddled around talking Sana notices the girl and introduces himself and says that he had already met her at the temple. she gets upset and than slaps him.

Confused, he asks what the heck he then quickly finds out that’s Nanaka. She is upset he didn’t recognize her, what a bitch! the show ends.

[Impressions]

I found the first episode to be kind of boring Aoi-Chan’s voice is so freaking annoying the show really doesn’t have a story yet it’s just a guy coming back to where he grew up and meeting his old friends again. Not much really happend thus far and nothing is really keeping from not watching but nothing is making me tune in next week. Well I guess we have the drama between Nanaka grumpy bitch I’d be pissed at her because slapping a friend after 5 years or so damn time flies he can’t help it!
