Hirano Aya finished her climb of her stairway to 20. 8th Oct is a important day for all Aya fans - her birthday.

Hirano Aya made her biggest achievement when she was given the role to voice Suzumiya Haruhi, which basically rocked the entire anime world, helping her to enhance her popularity and and career in Japan. Her popularity rocketed the charts and her fame is well known and her CD single Bouken Desho Desho? containing the opening song of the show sold out in Japan the very day it was released.

Hirano Aya appeared in Anime Expo 2007 as a guest along with other cast of SHnY which further enhanced her popularity overseas.
