In short on what this article is trying to say is that they are are going to stream the anime (Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Kai) for free from episode 12 onwards.

The streaming will start from 24th Oct onwards and the episode will be available for a week free and chargeable thereafter at a price which is not confirmed yet.

This streaming, if I am not wrong would prolly be available and restricted to Japanese broadband services only i.e. Japanese IPs.

Well, there’s still hope for Higurashi Kai after all ;P
