Will of dragon, guidance of God, pray of mankind. Eternal Fantasy is an upcoming RPG+visual novel’s by Circus, slated for a release on the 22nd Nov for the PC.
A “Progress” disc retailed on the 19th Oct at a price of 3150yen, which contains a demo of the game and some extra stuff like a mini art book and a episode zero supplement(i guess it is a prologue disc or something).
The game features a pretty huge cast of characters in a mystical world where gameplay is somehow similar to Ar Tonelico.
The story starts with a typical knight in a kingdom (the main character - Caro) and in one night, some rogue attacked a girl. Of course, she is saved by Caro and her name’s Arcie, but out of a sudden, some dragon assaulted the city, creating chaos. This was when Caro and Arcie discovered the power of a ‘holy sword’ embedded in a girl who has golden hair. (as seen in the video).
The OP for the demo was awesome, I wonder who sang it, the song was slow in the beginning but gets faster and together with the opening animation, it makes everything exciting. Character design is looking good here and the setting of the world along with the the fantasy elements of the game makes it dramatic.
Definitely a good rival against Seinarukana 2. Lets see how much it will fare when the game is released on 22nd Nov.
