[Overall Impressions]
This ought to be my fave episode in Minami-ke so far and the most craziest episode! It’s all about the beach and the preparations before it and to speak about preparations, Chiaki has a good way to appease the “rain god”. (lol)
From the start of the episode, the searching of the bikinis was amusing enough and to add on that and since it has been quite a long time they went to the beach, their old bikinis cant fit in anymore. Kana’s idea for the Haruka’s new swimswuit was accepted by Chiaki (wow?!). Something which I did not expect since Chiaki always disagree with Kana’s ideas.
The most interesting and of course, funniest part was that Chiaki was made into some kind “offering” to the rain god? (honestly I cant really understand this part about the Teru teru bozu…some kind of offering?) and Chiaki’s words was able to appease and stop the rain (LOL)..I guess moeness plays a part in appeasing eh?
Finally, they were able to get to the beach, woot! I always loved episodes where it involves the beach and summer. aah~ the love of summer. The girls had fun and Chiaki is as usual, pretty idolizing over Haruka-neesama.
Towards the end, we get our usual sibling love and sweetness with a touch of sunburnt skin. (<3)
Lots of laughs in this episode, I am starting to love this series more ! Next episode - Mako-chan no tanjou! (Mako’s birthday!?)

abt the teruterubouzu. its a doll kids made from a piece of cloth.

then hang them near the window. kinda acts like a charm hoping that the day after wouldnt rain. there is also a song accompaning it tt goes something like this:
