Hitoshi Sakimoto is a veteran games music composer, If you have not heard of him you will have well played some of the games he composed music for such as Final Fantasy XII, Odin Sphere, Vagrant Story and Radiant Silver Gun.
The video is an interview with 1up crew who visited him at his home. I remembered hearing his distinctive style of music when I first played Vagrant Story, it was aggressive, mystical and entertaining. One interesting thing that strikes me is his heavy use of synthesised music. He has recently also worked on the anime soundtrack for Romeo X Juliet and the DS games Deltora Quest and ASH
