well, the last Sonic game i ever played was Sonic The Adventure
Sonic The Hedgehog have progressed from the good old 2D side scroller adventure to the recent one with brilliant 3D graphics for the PS3 and Xbox360.
TBH, I still loved the old 2D classics as compared to the others. Call me old fashioned or outdated but the good old me enjoys the fun in bashing Dr Eggman (a.k.a Robotnik) 2D style. Collect the gems and turn into Golden Sonic ! (thats what I call it when I was a young boy)
I found the video on youtube and it definitely brings back memories. I am sure many of you guys enjoyed those classical games during that time in the 90s when Megadrive/Genesis was dominant (in one way or another). Sonic was one of the awesome games that came out during that era.

I’ve not played a 3D Sonic game since the terrible Sonic Heroes and I don’t plan to play any of the new games till I get a DS to play Rush and Rush Adventure. Sonic should’ve never left 2D gameplay and I hope Sega’s next next-gen Sonic game has 2D gameplay but amazing next-gen 3D graphics.
