Exams are over and it’s time for the Art Club’s 2nd drawing trip!
Except that they are just going to the hill behind the school…… Dang it Kasugano-sensei dun get our hopes up!
Well, everybody takes it in their stride and begins to enjoy their trip out when they bump into something…

Well, the class takes to it immediately. The dog seems very attracted to Negishi-sempai though, although I can’t say the feeling’s mutual. Under peer pressure, Negishi-sempai is forced to keep the dog lol…well, actually his sister did.

[Overall Impressions]
That our unknown girl (Minamo-chan, we finally know her name!) is Negishi’s sister came as a surprise (abeit a pleasant one) to me although I was half expecting it when she appeared in front of Negishi-sempai.
As I had hoped previously, this episode, Sora gets a chance to use a camera (borrowed from Minamo). She goes down to the school grounds to try it out, with mixed results. She soon learns that photography isn’t as easy as it looks.

Minamo, on the other hand, gets a chance at doing some art of her own, and discovers the joy of creating something with your own hands.

reminds me of my kindergarten times…
I really enjoyed watching Sora and Minamo discover something new. While I was a little disappointed to hear that they still preferred their original medium, it is to be expected I guess. This was a very relaxing episode and I enjoyed every moment of it.
