A boy in Indonesia died, assumed to be imitating a character in Naruto (which I dont know who as I dont watch Naruto). Mutammimul Ula, a PKS member of parliament has criticized the country’s broadcasting agency for being too lax on its regulatories in dealing with controls with various TV programs.
As quoted from ANN,
He specifically named Naruto, saying that it “contains violence and caused a boy to take his own life.” He adds, “Many people still don’t realize that comics are not necessarily for children.

many people also don’t realise that generalising on such a scale only makes you look like an idiot.
next he’ll say the TV series “Heros” should be controlled lest people think they can have super powers too.
Or criticise parents for not making their kids wear dog collars when their kids get lost.
sheesh.
