1000th post for Anime Banzai! and the next change of theme (Anime Banzai 4) is undergoing. I wont be using K2, decided to use a simple theme and add-on from there, making modification easier. However, I have not decided if I should upgrade wordpress to 2.3.3 or the upcoming 2.5. Most prolly, many things will break apart in 2.5, particularly plugins.

There will be a general breakdown of most categories and renaming of them, I felt dumb with the complicated names that I came up for the categories. Some of the exclusive names will still retain.

Puchi Evangelion [Petit Eva: Evangelion @ School] is Evangelion characters on the DS without the nasty instrumentality part. Looks like a funny anime character style game, with mostly mini-games inside, and it takes place in Shinji’s school and various places from the anime. Looks like you can play as one of the Eva Characters along with Eva-02 Unit running alongside you on the school track? They have also made Rei a little sister. Seems GANIAX is trying once again to milk their characters.

Have a PS3… want to Play Disgaea 3 but don’t understand Japanese even though you like the cute characters? Well today in my email I received the latest newsletter from NISAmerica confirming a US release for August 2008. I do hope they keep the Japanese Audio tracks and have english subtitles since its a Blu-Ray disc so there’s lots of space.

Director Takashi Watanabe will oversee J.C. Staff, the same studio that worked with him on all three previous Slayers television series

Cast has not been determined but details revealed that the anime series will span for 2 seasons, each with 3 months.

It is not known if Lina, the popular character voiced by Megumi Hayashibara, will be featured in this new series

Might be old news to some but I have not seen any of the Ace Combat 6 IDOLMASTER planes like itasha in motion before. I really hope the game will come to PS3 soon if not I might have to get myself a Xbox 360 to fly the unfriendly skies with Miki ^^; also checkout the MAD fan movie IDOL COMBAT 6 and NORAD made by Mr. Ju-88P(kumaguti) on NICONICO VIDEO at Japan.
