Hartsville Middle School removed a student after a school official confiscated a “Death Note” notebook last week. The school district officials in the city of Hartsville linked the notebook to the Death Note anime series
Alright guys, I guess those death note merchandise should be banned..LOL. Cant believe a guy got expelled over such a matter.
We treat situations like this the same as if a student called in a bomb threat or brought a weapon to school.
woo.. a weapon ? I have a notebook in a drawer too. This piece of news somehow irritates me.

I LOLed when I read that. I can’t believe it. It’s not like it’s real. Maybe they think the student would actually try to kill the people on the list. Psh. It’s called teen angst.

Well, the school can’t take any chances. If a kid lists actual names in a notebook that is based on a notebook designed for KILLING people, then there is a problem. People should not wish for others to die; it shows there is something wrong with the kid or the kid’s relationships with those other students or peers.

hmmmmm i remember one of my friends telling me that she had a friend that had a Death Note and wrote names in it…..
and i live in So cal…..
lol.
but yeah….
i remember finding a list of all my grade’s teachers and a line through a teacher’s name that “left” cause of some of the students and other names of teachers that werent liked were underlined……

haha, I own a death note. It has tons of names written in it, including my own, followed by the phrase ‘killed by a blimp’. So, uh. I really don’t take it seriously at all.

i went to hms last year…id do that to if i went their now.. believe me .. it is a very gloomy strict place.. i would of done the same cause the teachers their back students into a corner.but its not real, just a way to let the anger out… expulsion is not the answer.. by the way.. does anyone know the persons name?… i might know em.
