It's the second half of the story about Nagisa and Okazaki based on the Clannad game. So far, Clannad animation 1st season(1-22epi) only showed up till the end of School part in the game. So since it's continueing on Nagisa story line, I don't think Kyo, Tomoyo and other sub-girl characters will have much weight in After Story. After Story is not OVA.
