And yes, those drill bits ARE spot-on certain parts of her chest. It seems in the Keroro Gunso universe, most of the main characters either have hot shounen mothers (Aki Hinata, Oka Nishiazawa, now Angol Tia) or else are orphans or just communally raised like Koyuki-chan, who just has a very attractive onee-san type (Mukuro). It seems like I end up posting this everywhere – she’s Angol Tia, Angol Moa’s mom, who appears/referenced to in the first Keroro Gunso movie.
