Just caught the 1st episode RAW of to Love Ru. As this was the first episode it was clearly a romance love story. Not so much eechi as Rosario no Vampire in the first episode, but lots of oppai grabbing. It does feel a little bit like an anime for young boys with the way the male character is drawn.
