Um… it’s not a second season - if that was the case, that four-episode OVA after the first season WAS the “second season”. It’s just a second OVA series - there was the first season, then the four OVA’s which covered stuff from Volume 5 of the manga, and now a second OVA series. But yes, it’s more Ichigo Mashimaro, and hopefully they won’t make the mistake that Kadokawa’s about to in limiting the OVA to just one character and a side-character like Sazuoka who never really gets any airtime.
