I have a question for manga readers out there? Should I read the School Rumble manga? Firstly, I’m a big fan of the anime. I simply adore the series. It has awesome cast of characters and School Rumble is probably the funniest anime I ever watched, not to mention that the love triangle in the series never gets boring.

You might ask me, ‘If you love the series so much, why don’t you just read the manga?’. Well…it’s because it’s a manga (0_0).. I’m unable to make myself enjoy reading manga, regardless which manga I’m reading. Maybe it’s because of the lack of color, voice, sound, and everything else. And I’m sure that the manga isn’t as funny as the anime. And to be honest, I don’t even know how to read manga, in which order should I read (yea, I fail).

At first, I was gonna wait for School Rumble 3rd term. But now that they ended the anime with the OVAs, which are labeled as episode 25 and episode 26 of the 3rd term, it’s very unlikely for them to anime the rest of the episodes (1 -24). I was really shocked and really really disappointed when I heard the news. It saddens me that this wonderful anime series is no more…

So..is it worth it to read the School Rumble manga? It might change my opinion on reading manga, and the manga might be better than the anime, very unlikely though. And regarding School Rumble’s ending, I know that Kobayashi Jin (the creator of School Rumble) screwed us with the ending, and many people are disappointed. But I’m planning to read the manga because of the comedy, and I don’t care much about Tenma and Karasuma.
