[Overall Impressions]
A good mixture of hilarity and heavy emotions in this episode, KyoAni is not wasting any episodes and is driving us towards the center of Fuuko’s arc. Those who played the game will be aware of some game specific scenes that had appeared in this episode
[Overall Impressions]
It is pretty obvious that they are going for Fuuko’s arc in the animation first followed by the others, I am sure many others will think that Fuuko is just like another Tsukimiya Ayu (uguu) clone but yea, they are a bit similar in some ways but still Fuuko is still as moe and attractive as ever. (duuuriburuuu shoooto! xD). This episode is simply l0ve <3 .
Presenting my fave character, Kyou! and piggy - Botan! :P
[Overall Impressions]
More humor and laughter in this episode! Tomoyo adds on to the hit counter, making it up to 700+ combos now (prolly there is a reason why there are 4 digits in the counter…might exceed 1000 in the anime :P ) Poor Sunohara is really trying very hard in a way to “impress” Tomoyo.
Once again, the number of cast increases in this episode and our characters still get their fair share of screenplay - including Botan who makes its first appearance in this episode! While Tomoyo delivers multi hit combos to our pitiful looking Sunohara, Kyou does it the unique way - One hit KO! :P Kyou rocks (yea..I am a kyou fan ^^ )
For some reason, I find that the girl in the other world looks like Mikuru (hope there isn’t KyoAni reference yet again just like it was in Kanon06), I won’t spoil on what her role is in the story but she is important which will only be revealed in the later parts of the story. Next episode, Nagisa’s in trouble as the student council took down her poster and wants her to come to the office.

When Lucky Star meets CLANNAD. Kudos to astrobunny for sharing it on IRC. This remade ver of the song got the vocals changed, I wonder who sang it.
[Overall Impressions]
I am pretty impressed with this episode, the pace of the plot is just right and every character gets a fair share of screenplay. Although Nagisa and Tomoya are the “main focus” in the show, there was enough room for character development for side characters. Well done imo and I love the way KyoAni animates Fuko Ibuki (as shown above), she’s so cute!!. However, I cant help to find myself laughing when I hear Tomoyo and Kotomi’s seiyuu voicing the characters.
While AIR is gonna get a port over to the PSP, CLANNAD is not an exception as well but not to the PSP but for the Xbox360 (darn!). Good news for CLANNAD lovers and has the Xbox360 console. The artwork and images of the game will getting a 720p version for the Xbox360. Previously, the game was released for the PS2 but at a resolution of 640×448. What does that mean ? In short, you get to see your favorite CLANNAD character in 720p resolution, double the resolution of the original PC and the PS2 release.
This is definitely good news together with the release of the anime, most prolly when the anime ends, the game will be launched for the console. Darn…1280×720 resolution for CLANNAD… lol
[Impressions] CLANNAD’s finally here and began its first episode in 4:3 format, it began the way how the game was, exactly. The music, the phrases and the emotions involved. It met my expectations and indeed, I fell in love with the fluidity of the animations. Quality-wise, it is definitely top-notch. Most importantly, like the predecessors for Key game conversions, Kyoto Animation uses the original in-game music for the anime which is definitely love for Key fans. I wouldn’t touch on the OP and ED as most of you would have heard of it. Dango ED is definitely love.
