Lucky Star US Vol 1 is Here!
I just got the first limited edition volume of the Bandai Entertainment release of Lucky Star and I figured why not take some pics to show it off….and please excuse the less then stellar pics only had a crud camera available today.
New York Comic Con to screen English dubbed Lucky Star, Code Geass
How will Konata sound like in English.
Kadokawa USA’s English dubbed Lucky Star DVD will begin their sales tentatively on May 6 2008 while Adult Swim network will begin screening the first episode of Code Geass later in Spring. In contrast to this, New York Comic Con will premiere their dubbing during the Apr 18-20 event.
Are you keen to hear Konata speak in English ?

“ANN has confirmed rumors that a teaser for Lucky ☆ Star is included as an extra on The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya volume 4. According to the last frame of the teaser, Lucky ☆ Star is “Coming soon from Kadokawa Pictures USA and Bandai Entertainment, INC.” The full teaser can be seen on YouTube here. Bandai Entertainment has declined to comment on the release.”

Lucky Star - 23
the worst thing to happen when you blog, always save your draft !
[Impressions]
It is really funny yet a gentle reminder to bloggers as well, always save your draft ! You will never know what nonsense you will get when you click on that Submit button and for Kuroi sensei’s case? Yup! she got a “Page cannot be displayed” error (lol). Another funny scene was Konata transferring some files from different folders (prolly for a removable drive to a hdd) and just when she thinks that the time is decreasing, it shoots up ! bottlenecks do occur eh? ;) While this is the 2nd last episode, it doesn’t pack any intense emo moments (be it wacky or touching), I am wondering whats KyoAni’s intention eh? ;P
Lucky Star is ending at the next episode, it is pretty sad to see a brilliant series coming to an end but good things don’t last, based on the preview, it seems to be a school festival or some sorts….how will Lucky Star end? Will we get a touching ending or a wacky one ? Of course, we have our Lucky Channel too ! Will Akira and Shirashi get together again to conclude this brilliant anime. All will be answered next week in the final episode of Lucky Star !
