The North American Square-Enix Members portal have launched on 2008.03.24 . I registered a couple days earlier but the site is still not up to par with the Japanese site which has custom avatars and such. Hopefully in the future more stuff will be added.

Makes me wonder when Epic will bring their next Gears games to PS3 since both games utilize the same engine.
