bad-ass
Bad ass and Hello Kitty in the same sentence… No I haven’t gone off the deep end yet! I got this in the mail a few days ago direct from Japan. My girlfriend is in some club where you exchange items with people from around the world. I thought this packing tape was pretty bad ass.

Hello all you blog readers. I’ve been pondering this in my head and so I would want to know would anyone be interested in a weekly podcast of reviews, news and just general discussion on the state of anime? I’d love to get some of the current writers involved in such an endeavor if possible, Real life plus time zones do make a difference!
So as a reader of Anime Banzai would you be up to listening to nobodies rant about current running anime shows and news?
Thanks everyone and welcome again to all the new writers!
Oh man so much anime so little time! I want to let everyone know I’m slowly working on Ef Tales of memory, Kimikiss and Da Capo II episodes. I’ve had so little time with many things in real life affecting time to actually sit down watch an anime, screen rip and then write a blog about the show.
Also I want to say welcome to all the new writers I’m happy to see new faces with fresh ideas to make this great blog even better.
Soon you’ll see the best anime in japan Kimikiss with my honest brutal opinion!
Take care everyone!

After reading a post by oOgA about another blog post he saw I’d like to give my personal opinions on the subject.
First off obviously this person has an agenda and like most people he is pandering to an audience of adults who have children and want to scare them away from anime, by making the material sound as bad as possible.
If I met this guy I’d give him an ear full he is very manipulating and is clearing manipulating events and situations to make the worst and to scare away people from a very good community of very nice people and fans of an art form.
I’m sorry our favorite type of medium isn’t normal sorry we aren’t watching more movies or buying the latest CDs pushed on us by big corporations and were not being a puppet like everyone else. We are all unique and we all have our reasons why we watch anime.
The person who wrote the blog reminds me of a rather infamous person here in America his name, Jack Thompson.

This has been a topic that has been brewing in my head for a few days. Now I haven’t been watching anime for ages honestly it’s been almost one year. In that one year I’ve completed about 30 animes, met a lot of new people, began blogging on this awesome site.
Being an American, getting into anime was hard because it’s stepping into something new. I found a lot of great anime via help over at Anime On DVD (Animeondvd.com) a great R1 review site along with forums. I quickly realized that the “new” anime that was hitting American shores was sometimes quite outdated or by the time it hit American shores it was already on it’s third or fourth varation over in Japan.

According to Anime News Network, the preempted episode 12 will be shown for a small number of people who bring an unopened School Days / Summer Days game package to a special screening area very early in the morning.
“The company says the screening will mark the September 26 release of first DVD for the series. The planned screening’s location and time has yet to be decided, but it will take place on a late evening this week in the Tokyo area and require an “unopened package of the School Days or Summer Days PC game” for admission.”
If the AT-X satellite channel decides to preempt the episode this week, the Tokyo-area preview will be the only public screening of this episode. The episode will available in Japan on DVD on February 27.
